Couldn't resist.................

I know there is an element hypocrisy here but while United fans were STEADFASTLY against ANY takeover, those bastions of football history and tradition whored themselves to whoever who would listen. It was a pity DIC(k) were not the company to buy them but there is a sense of irony that the Yanks have bought them. (No more U-S-A chants at OT then!)

Anyway, not content with prostituting themselves to the highest bidder, they are also moving! Sooooooooo, it seems appropriate to show the following:

Also, rumours abound that there may also be a name change. Current favourite is THE LIVERPOOL STEALERS...............

An element of hyporcisy? You said last season that this was the end of United, that you weren't going to attend any games any more, Malcolm Glazier was Satan, etc etc.

All gone quiet now United have amassed more points at this point in the season than any other in their Premiership history. That Glazier's alright actually.

I'm just posting for the sake of it.

Come on the Rams.

Like the Liverpool Stealers though.

Knew it was the end of football as we know it when one of the yanks used the word "franchise" instead of club..................cock

Worryingly for AFC........we are now the only of the so-called big 4 without a megabucks backer! I say so-called as 3 of the 4 were "BIG" in terms of success, history and fanbase before the crooks took over AND three of the four dont have to resort to literally giving tickets away by prostititing themselves on Talk Shite (and everywhere else) with 6 tickets per application on the day before league and CL games despite just buying the world's best striker and midfielder.....

DERBY have got more right to be called BIG than those Chavs.....

Thanks. However, you forgot to precede the word Derby with the word 'even'.

Will only be a metter of time but this idea of a 'Big Four' is rubbish.
When I was growing up the 'Big Clubs' included Everton, Forest and Spurs. Chelsea were still in the old Second Division.
I don't want to do it, honestly, but what constitutes a 'Big Club'? Just because SKY say so? Chelsea are NOT a big club, just one that has been successful recently. There is a difference!

Depends on how you define 'big', If it's revenues, Chelsea are up there with the biggest according to Deloitte's Football Money League.

Agreed Mr Smiley - so what is a 'Big Club'? There is proabably a PHD in answering it!!!!
