Well, don't say I didn't warn you. Could Stathi be the first manager to win back-to-back titles? Rooney and Defoe will surely be the top strike force this season, and with Deco to return there are lots of goals in the team. However, the defence is weak - Lescott's a sieve this year, Silvestre's not likely to feature much and Skrtel's out for a while.
As you've probably guessed, Stathi top scored this week with 12 points. He's now just 1 point behind the leader (that's me) who only managed a meagre 2 points, the lowest this week. Elsewhere, 8 points was about the average.
The table looks like this:
FFL 2008/09 LEAGUE TABLE | |||
Diff | Total Points | ||
1st | Nick Ath | 72 | |
1 | 2nd | Stathi | 71 |
8 | 3rd | Nick PC | 64 |
8 | 4th | James | 64 |
17 | 5th | Theo | 55 |
21 | 6th | Don | 51 |
21 | 7th | Sid | 51 |
21 | 8th | Mike | 51 |
A bientot

Dear Mr Chairman,
Flattery will get you everyhwere, (unless it's a reverse bok that is)
What flattery? I'm giving it to you straight, John Sadler-style. Your defence is shit but you've got a lot going forward - a fair summation I would say.
Having said that, you're one or two injuries away from absolute calamity.
And as for bokking, I'll leave that to the shamans.
Feel good......
