FFL Week 28

United the top team in Manchester. Klopp flops. Omonia Youth U11 win again.......if Carlsberg did weekends blah, blah, blah.

We are at the business end of the season now and Leicester remain top but Spurs still chasing....hard. Arsenal fans can console themselves with beating a team even Loony LvGs Embryos beat 3-0.

While most of us expected city to eventually drop out of the top four I don't think anyone thought it could be Manchester City - surely a candidate for 'how the fuck did you let that happen?' end of season (alternative) awards?

Top score this week and winner of the Marcus “please don’t let me be another Macheda” Rashford award goes to Nick PC with a rather impressive 19 points, thanks to a double from Mane which had me cheering ecstatically.

While Nick rejoices, Theo curses, landing this week’s Manuel “where did it all go wrong?” Pellegrini award for bottom score of the week, -4.

Gap at the top increased slightly to 39 as I manage to become the first manger this season to rack up three figure scores for each of defence, midfield and attack.

With 8 games left, nothing has been decided, with all financially lucrative positions still up for grabs.
